Return Policy
We stand by the quality and intention of every candle we create. To keep things transparent and fair for everyone, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
• You received the wrong product
• The item arrived damaged or defective
To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
No Returns on Used Candles
Once a candle has been lit, burned, or altered in any way, it is not eligible for return or refund. Used candles cannot be resold or inspected in their original condition, so all sales on used items are final.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only on unopened, unused products that meet the return criteria above. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for your bank or payment provider.
Wrong Item Received
If you were sent the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the order at no cost to you.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
